Our Group responses to different ?'s.

1) What would you do if you were the boy? Mrs. Luella Bates Washington Jones?

I would of ran away from Mrs. Jones and wouldn't look back at her.


I would of scolded the boy and then told him to go and find his manners.

3) Why do you think Mrs. Luella Bates Washington Jones would have trusted the boy in her house if he was trying ot steal her purse?



I think that she would because he thought that she left to see if he would take the money and leave the house just like that.

5) What do you think was going through the boy mind when the purse broke and he fell down?



I think that Roger was thinking that she was going to slap him across the face and then take him to jail.

2) How would you react to Mrs. Luella Bates Washington Jones' generosity?



I would of thanked her for her hospitality and then left her house.

4) Would you have ran if you were the Roger?



Yes! I would of have ran because she was so big that she seemed like scary person. Also because I would've thought that she might have slapped me right across the face.
